First appointment with the bride and groom 8 to 6 weeks before the wedding day
Review of providers with the bride and groom, the agreements with each one (with copies of contracts) and details of the wedding

Technical meeting with providers, to explain and detail functions and assemblies with each of them
Second appointment with the bride and groom, 5 weeks before the wedding day, to perform the scouting at the wedding venue, with the necessary providers
Preparation of layout (map of tables in the wedding venue, on scale, with exact measurements)
Third appointment with the bride and groom, 4 weeks before the wedding day, to make the timeline to follow (minute by minute)
Last and only confirmation of guests, 3 weeks before the wedding
Confirmation of services with all providers one week before the wedding
